Welcome to the Cloud People community portal (“Site”), operated by CONNACT CLOUD INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and all associated services.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and currently work or have demonstrable
experience in the cloud alliance field. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
Registration is mandatory to access the Site. All applicants must be approved by an administrator before gaining access. We reserve the right to reject any registration application at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Community Conduct
You agree to use the Site in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner. You must not:
- Post or share unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site’s functionality
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CONNACT CLOUD INC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
5. User Contributions
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by posting or sharing on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content within the community and for promotional purposes.
