Cloud People | Happy New Year Event 2026 🥂

We kicked off 2026 with our annual Cloud People New Year event, bringing together members of our community for an evening of connection, celebration, and a fresh start to the year ahead.

The event took place at HaAchim Restaurant, where community members gathered for great food, meaningful conversations, and the opportunity to reconnect and build new relationships.

As part of our annual tradition, we celebrated the individuals who made a significant impact on the community over the past year.

Cloud People – People of the Year 2025:
Jiyeon Ha (Mend.io)
Jonathan Nativ (Silverfort)
Nadav Lotan (Noma Security)

This year, we also introduced a new recognition: PDM of the Year, selecting one outstanding professional from each cloud ecosystem.

PDMs of the Year:
Inbal Dovrat (AWS)
Ira Oren (Google Cloud)
Gal Avital (Oracle Cloud)
Lior Lavid (Microsoft)

The evening reflected the strength of the Cloud People community – bringing together professionals from across the ecosystem to share experiences, celebrate achievements, and start the year with new energy.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to such a special event.

Special thanks to GlobalDots and Cequence Security for sponsoring the event, and to CONNACT for their continued support of the Cloud People community.
