Cloud Women Morning

As part of our Cloud Women series, we hosted a morning session focused on personal and professional growth, bringing together members of our community for a thoughtful and meaningful conversation.

The session was led by Noa Kroll Keter, Senior Director Channel & Alliances at Coralogix, who joined us from the UK to share her perspective on career development, leadership, and self-awareness.

During the workshop, Noa explored the concept of career dissonance – the gap between external success and internal fulfillment — and how organizational dynamics often reflect our own patterns of thinking and behavior.

The session invited participants to reflect, realign, and approach their professional journey with greater intention, creating space for a more honest and personal dialogue within the community.
